At TransLoc, we’ve enacted a unique policy to solve the wage gap: we don’t negotiate on salary. In doing so, we’re able to ensure that all employees, women included, are paid a fair wage equal to their experience and skill set—not their ability to negotiate. As a tech company, we feel this is especially important as the wage gap in our industry is wider than others.
