As TransLoc’s Senior Legal Counsel, Jordan is responsible for ensuring customer, vendor, and partner agreements appropriately support TransLoc’s mission of connecting people to places. And, what he calls “typical, boring legal stuff.” Before coming to TransLoc nearly a year ago, Jordan spent two years working with technology and SaaS providers in the Raleigh-Durham Research Triangle area and had four years of private transactional practice before that.
Jordan is a public transit supporter and believes that transportation is an integral part of our lives whether it be for work, health, or recreation. Helping make the public transportation service better and more accessible for all directly improves the lives of those in our communities. “That rising tide will lift all ships,” he says. “Our customers can rest secure knowing that with the financial backing and investment of our multi-billion-dollar parent, Modaxo, TransLoc is and will remain an agile service provider with intimate industry knowledge and customer relationships.”
On the weekends you’ll find Jordan working in the yard or pulling a bike trailer with his kids through the Raleigh greenway trails. He’s also a dedicated Kentucky football fan, so we have lots of friendly rivalries among the staff!
