Meet the Team: Liesel Dille, Customer Care Manager

As the Manager of Customer Care, Liesel oversees the team responsible for technical support, client satisfaction, support ticket resolution, and department metrics. She works cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and other parts of the Client Operations organization to empower clients to achieve their business and operational outcomes and to successfully resolve client concerns.

Liesel has been with TransLoc for five years and enjoys finding ways to assist our clients with their day-to-day operations. She specializes in TransLoc Fixed Route and is excited about focusing our development efforts where we can make the biggest difference. She says, “I work with some of the brightest individuals in our industry and I am excited to see how far we can climb.”

When she’s not working, Liesel loves playing the piano (she has for 40 years) and she recently learned to play the cello. She also loves gardening, so when the winter snow melts, you’ll find her outside with her flowers and vegetable garden.
