New Troubleshooting Tool
A built-in status screen now displays key diagnostic info, including, Current location, Peplink connectivity status, and Sync status. This tool helps drivers and support teams quickly identify and resolve issues. Screenshots or details from this screen can be shared with TransLoc’s customer service team for faster troubleshooting.
