Cary, N.C. — June 3, 2026: TransLoc announced the first phase of a significant overhaul to its reporting platform, a foundational update that moves key reports to a modern reporting engine. This upgrade is designed to improve navigation, reduce load times, and streamline workflows, all without altering the underlying data that agencies rely on for daily operations and compliance.
What’s New in Phase 1
Phase 1 introduces a redesigned reporting engine, starting with seven high-usage reports. These changes focus on usability and speed, while keeping report structure, metrics, and formats consistent.
Key improvements include:
- Faster Loads: Reports open more quickly, reducing time spent waiting for critical data.
- Simplified Navigation: A cleaner interface makes reviewing and exporting reports easier.
- Same Trusted Data: No changes to calculations or outputs ensure consistent reporting for operational and compliance needs.
Reports now available on the enhanced platform:
- Arrivals and Departures (By Route and Stop)
- Arrivals and Departures (By Route and Vehicle with Loop Time)
- Headway
- On-Time Performance
- Ridership Counts — Daily Summary
- Ridership Counts — Hourly Summary
- Vehicle Assignment Audit
Why It Matters
