The move puts TransLoc closer to becoming a full-stop transit solutions provider

DURHAM, N.C., November xx, 2020 – TransLoc, announced it has retained partnerships with Optibus, Uniguest, Ecolane, and LAZ Parking to bring an all-in-one transportation software provider to transit agencies, universities and business campuses everywhere. The move is pivotal as TransLoc seeks to become an all-inclusive provider of transit software solutions and services.

LAZ Parking, the fastest growing and second largest parking company in the country and long-time provider of airport, municipal, university, and corporate campus shuttle service with a client retention rate above 90%, will give TransLoc airport transportation clients seeking demand-response services access to vehicles, a win for clients who cannot easily provide additional shuttles for on-demand services. Uniguest, a global leader in highly-secure engagement technology solutions, provides an all-in-one platform of visual and interactive displays, creating a superior guest experience that includes transit route information displayed on monitors in hotels, allowing guests and riders to stay informed of arrival and departure times without the need to download the TransLoc app.

Optibus, a cutting-edge software platform, is a leader in systems scheduling, creating optimal routes, timetables and vehicle schedules, giving TransLoc more accurate ETAs. Optibus brings much-needed innovation and modernization to essential mobility, through a robust combination of artificial intelligence, advanced algorithms and cloud computing. Ecolane, industry-leading provider of paratransit operations, offers a powerful and easy-to-use demand-response platform for paratransit, filling a critical need for transit for persons of different abilities. By partnering with Ecolane, TransLoc becomes one of only a handful of transit solutions providers to offer fixed route, on-demand and paratransit solutions.

“Each of these partnerships brings with them years of industry experience and remarkable innovation. As leaders in their respective mobility niches, they add to TransLoc’s already powerful and substantial portfolio of mobility solutions and products,” Ron Cynarowicz, TransLoc’s vice president of sales and clients said. “By strengthening our partnerships, we move one very important step closer to making public transportation more efficient and accessible and achieving our mission of empowering the freedom of movement for all.”
