TransLoc Makes Fast Company’s 2017 List of the Most Innovative Companies

DURHAM, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–TransLoc, a leading transportation technology provider dedicated to delivering seamless mobility for all, has made Fast Company’s list of the Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Transportation for 2017.

Hailed as a Top 10 Most Innovative Company in Transportation, TransLoc will be featured in Fast Company’s upcoming March issue. Fast Company’s annual ranking of the Most Innovative Companies for 2017 honors leading enterprises and rising newcomers that exemplify the best in nimble business and impactful innovation.

Through its partnership with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, TransLoc integrated Amtrak trains statewide with other modes of public transit and Uber in its Rider app. TransLoc also announced its newest product, Architect, that enables transit agencies to intuitively create, manage and maintain their General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) data. By simplifying what was once a technically burdensome process, Architect facilitates GTFS creation—a critical component to transit agencies making their routes and services visible to the public on platforms like Google Maps.
