DURHAM, N.C., September 28, 2021 – COVID-19 significantly impacted the transit rider experience, and now transit providers can take advantage of new data being presented at MOVE America about rider behaviors and expectations to successfully meet their needs moving forward. The virtual session will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 1:50 p.m during MOVE America’s two-day mobility event in Austin, Texas.

Wheatley also uses survey data to show Americans’ readiness for smarter, more efficient transit services like electric and autonomous vehicles.
